 Reflecting on my learning journey in this course, I can confidently say that it has helped me grow both academically and personally. One of the most important takeaways for me was the value of active listening. I learned that communication is not just about speaking clearly, but also about fully understanding others by paying attention, asking questions, and responding thoughtfully. This skill has already made a difference in how I interact with classmates and participate in discussions.

Another key takeaway was learning how to give effective presentations. At the beginning of the course, presenting felt intimidating, but I now understand the importance of being organized, confident, and engaging with the audience. I learned how to structure my ideas clearly, use visuals effectively, and practice delivery to improve my confidence. These skills will be very useful in both my academic and future professional life.

Lastly, what i learned about working with others in this class helped me improve in my other classes as well. Through group projects, I learned how to collaborate, divide responsibilities, and respect different perspectives. I realized that teamwork requires communication, recognizing conflict, patience, and accountability from everyone involved.

Overall, this course has strengthened my communication skills and helped me become more confident in expressing myself. These takeaways active listening, strong presentation skills, and effective teamwork are valuable skills that I will continue to use in the future.
